Founded in 1919, the Parker Metal Decorating Company was a pioneer in the metal lithography industry. Designs stamped on metal sheets became an essential component of Baltimore’s thriving canneries. These decorated metal sheets went on to be made in to wastebaskets, advertising signs, and tin cans - including the original Old Bay and Twinings Tea cans.

On the National Register of Historic Places, the restored Parker Metal Building blends unique historic details with clean, contemporary lines. Highlights include original steel beams, exposed brick, and wood window sashes, with added modern elements such as concrete floors, raw timber ceilings, sleek railings, and second-story mezzanine.
OUR TEAM
I began my career in the Baltimore event industry in 2004, first as a caterer before moving on to venue management. I joined our team as the Director of Events in 2019. My favorite thing about events? “The venue is typically one of the first vendors a client books. From their initial tour of the venue and picking their date all the way until the final send-off at the end of the evening, I love that we get to go through an entire journey with our clients and couples, from start to finish.”
